In Buti Flow, Buti meets Power Yoga! In this class your Buti is toned down with a slower pace, longer pose holds and less cardio. More intense than Buti lite, this is power yoga with a strong Buti influence. Not sure what Buti is? The word comes from the Marathi Indian culture and it means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” The Buti Yoga philosophy is that every woman has the power to transform and heal her body from within. Buti Yoga focuses on activating the Spiral Structure of the core to engage the deep abdominal muscles and stimulate the endocrine system. Come experience this dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement.
