I began my yoga practice about nine years ago after my first son was born. I was looking to tone up after having a baby and reestablish a spiritual connection with my self and others. My practice has helped me transform not only my body but also my mind. Yoga inspires me to live each moment with a greater sense of awareness and joy.
In my classes, I focus on helping students build strength and integrity through proper alignment. My teaching style offers a dose of humor and inspiration to help my students cultivate contentment in order to honor their individual perfect nature and their beautiful practice of yoga.
