Since moving to SWFL yoga has become a daily gift. As I have explored the variety of yoga classes available I have found that each brings its own mental, physical and spiritual benefits. Today I find that a weekly mix of classes keeps me grounded, balanced and energized.
Since having completed my teacher training under Jacqueline Chiodo I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing my knowledge and passion with others. I’ve been very fortunate to have the ability to guide students through a wide range of classes from Basic, Gentle, Yin, Myofascial and Restorative Yoga. My hope is that they too can find what they need physically, mentally and emotionally through developing their yoga practice just as I have.
