Yoga is such a unique practice for each person. My goal as a teacher is to provide the tools nessicary to students to invite change and growth into their lives. I view teaching as sharing my own practice with my students. That practice includes a fun upbeat vinyasa flow with plenty of opportunities to challenge the mind and body. I love to approach life with a sense of humor and the classes I teach are no different.

Health has been my passion for a long time and nutrition has been a large and important part of my journey. Holistic health is an approach to treating a person’s well being by taking into consideration all aspects of life. A long term course of action includes emotional and spiritual health along with the physical body. Modern medicine focuses on treating a symptom rather than the root cause. If a person is experiencing a symptom or chronic condition, the problem has most likely been developing for some time. The goal of holistic nutrition is to facilitate a health recovery plan as well as build a strong foundation for long term optimum health. I offer my Holistic Nutrition sessions at Joyful Yoga by appointment only.
