This practice has been validated by hundreds of scientific studies from the most brilliant minds today. This course will give you the knowledge necessary to establish a consistent meditation practice that will enhance and improve every aspect of your life. PSM is recommended for anyone who wishes to know deeper peace, improved healing, more creativity and enjoy greater freedom and mastery of life.

Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics

In this therapeutic yoga practice, we will begin to develop awareness through guided exploration of movement, breath and sensation of the subtle body.
The sequence of movement inquiries will reveal insights into ways of self-healing or restoration by simply observing (in a non-judgmental manner) our physical movements, the associated sensation and our subsequent thoughts or reflections.
SAY is very gentle, meditative and pleasurable – yet it is profoundly effective as an educator and as a method of improving our physical function, both in our regular practice of yoga and in our life off the mat.
This practice is accessible by all – all levels of yoga experience, all ages, and the full spectrum of health and physical ability!
You will leave this workshop with a new perspective on your personal practice of yoga -recognizing that your inner experience is your ultimate teacher.

Not sure what Buti is?
The word comes from the Marathi Indian culture and it means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.”
The Buti Yoga philosophy is that every woman has the power to transform and heal her body from within.
Buti Yoga focuses on activating the Spiral Structure of the core to engage the deep abdominal muscles and stimulate the endocrine system.
Come experience this dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement.
This is a challenging class with loud music and you will sweat and have fun but work hard. Bring a towel and water.
