Rainbow Flow: Chakra Cleanse

Our 7 chakras do not mess around. Anytime we feel stuck, lethargic, helpless, or simply ungrounded, we have the power within to heal by tapping into our chakras through many modalities, and they deliver!
The Chakras are our energy centers that run up the midline of the body. From Root to Crown they are responsible for things from self-worth to our Divine universal connection.

Through Yoga, Mudra, Mantra, Visualization, Sound Healing, and Meditation, this workshop will wring your centers out so they can sparkle clean and create more balance in your everyday life. You will learn what the chakras are, tools to heal them on your own, and be introduced to simple practices that can be used anytime, any place.

This class begins with a brief intro to the chakras and is followed by a Vinyasa-style flow to cleanse. All are welcome.
