The summer series of workshops will emphasize an integrated approach, working with both the upper and the lower body in each session. Modifications of each pose is always available for those with limited movement. Prior yoga experience is not required for these healing postures. For those already practicing yoga asana, you will experience more comfort and ease in your traditional yoga postures. And, you will be astounded by how much your energy level will soar!
Miriam has been a student of Iyengar Yoga for more than 30 years. She is the best-selling author of three yoga books and one meditation book. She has also studied the Kaiut Method extensively,which is the origin of this passive stretch method.

Come experience this dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement.
This is a challenging class with loud music and you will sweat and have fun but work hard. Bring a towel and water.
